Vada Energy will provide full refund to merchandise that is new, unused, and in original packaging.
Cancelations with full refund may be made if package is not shipped from Vada energy.
No full refunds on merchandise that show signs of use, modification, any kind of damage, or missing parts.
Merchandise that show signs of use, modification, any kind of damage, or missing parts will be given a 40-80% refund depending on merchandise condition, which will be determined by Vada Energy. Allow 2-3 days for refunds to credit/debit cards to appear on transaction history. If paid with check, allow 2-3 weeks for receipt of the refunded check.
Customer will be responsible for all arrangements and fees (including shipping, handling, taxes, custom fees, or insurances) for refunding merchandise. As well as in the situation of an undeliverable package, due to wrong address or such. Any restocking or non-refundable shipping fees will be taken out of the amount refunded. |
